2008 Class Schedules Are Out!

This summer the Madison Youth Sailing Foundation is offering 20 separate sessions. Each sailing and windsurfing class is scheduled to include 4 hours of instruction a day with either four days of instruction (one week session) or eight days of instruciton. (two week session) Classes are Monday thru Thursday and we offer open sailing Friday afternoons from 1-4pm.  Each class will be limited to eight children and is taught by two qualified instructors.

The cost for each two week session is $379.00 including use of boats/windsurfers & instructional materials. The one week session is $199.00. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available for interested youth. Please call Lauren for information.

Laser Programs

(For Intermediates)
More advanced sailors who have already successfully completed the beginning courses may step up to the challenging new Laser program. Lasers are the preferred youth training boat of the International Sailing Federation and are raced at local, national, and international regattas. Lasers can be controlled by a child who weighs more than 90 pounds. Laser instruction for each session offered at 2-6 pm only.
